VERT - The Flight Simulator for radiation therapy

AROICON

Vertual attended the 1st AROICON conference in Ahmedabad, India. There were over  600 delegates, with the majority being Radiation Oncologists. This was a successful conference for networking and understandingof the challenges faced in radiation therapy in India. During the conference, we were able to gain insight into radiation therapy across India and the wide diversity in training and education. We look forward to expanding VERT installations across India in 2020 and developing solutions for training. The conference ended by releasing 1000 balloons in recognition of breast cancer awareness.

A roadshow is currently being planned for the first quarter of 2020 to visit hospitals and universities across the country, and we look forward to this exciting opportunity.
